A blast from the past

Some of the musical covers you can expect to make an appearance (with a glowing performance of “My heart will go on” by Celine Dion) are Byran Adams, The Tragically Hip, The Mama’s & The Papa’s, Neil Young, Shania Twain, Gordon Lightfoot, Tom Cochrane, Anne Murrary, Joni Mitchell, and more!

The story starts out with a catchy video, a funny comparison on American vs Canadian Cultures (and what we’re known for). Throughout the production, the cast shows a British Reporter what he is missing when it comes to Canadian music.

More than just a show- The Greg Frewin Theatrical Centre experience

Attending Canadiana: The Music Revue at the Greg Frewin Theatrical Centre is more than just watching a performance—it’s a full evening (or afternoon) of entertainment, hospitality, and comfort. From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice this isn’t your typical theatre experience.

A Warm Welcome & Personalized Service
Stepping through the doors, you’re greeted with old-school hospitality—something that sets this venue apart. Unlike many modern theatres, where you’re left to navigate the space on your own, the Greg Frewin Theatrical Centre embraces tradition. Ushers personally welcome each guest and guide them to their seat using a seating chart where your name has already been placed. This personalized touch makes every visitor feel like a VIP.

A Delicious Buffet Before the Show
Whether you're catching a matinee or an evening performance, you have the option to enjoy a delicious buffet meal before the show. Served in a relaxed, welcoming setting, the buffet offers great value, making it an economical choice for guests looking to make a full event of their visit.

Comfortable & Unique Seating Options
Unlike traditional theatre layouts with rows of closely packed seats, this venue offers a more intimate and comfortable arrangement. Guests can opt for private booths that seat up to six people—perfect for a cozy yet social experience. Whether you’re with friends, family, or on a date, this setup ensures you can relax and enjoy the show in a space that feels exclusive.

Bar, Concessions & At-Table Appetizers
For those who love to snack while they enjoy live entertainment, the theatre provides multiple options. A well-stocked bar serves a variety of beverages, while concessions offer classic theatre treats. Want something a little extra? At-table appetizers are also available, bringing a restaurant-style experience directly to your seat.

A Theatrical Experience Unlike Any Other
With this unique combination of live entertainment, personal service, great food, and comfortable seating, the Greg Frewin Theatrical Centre provides a one-of-a-kind experience that goes beyond just watching a show—it’s an event to remember.
