Who we are

NiagaraFallsOntario.com was founded by Carmelle Winslow in 2009, who is a a proud member of the Niagara Falls Chamber of Commerce for many years.

Carmelle owned and operated the Greater Niagara Tourist Information Centre for almost 20 years, helping Niagara Falls tourists save money and get the most out of their visit. Through her many years of experience and close relationships with many of Niagara Falls' most popular tourist attractions, restaurants, entertainment, tour companies and accommodations, Carmelle has been able to obtain these exclusive discounts available only at NiagaraFallsOntario.com.

In 2024, Alanna, and Greg Frewin (owner's of the Greg Frewin Theatrical Centre, located right in Niagara Falls, Ontario) decided to come together with Carmelle to join forces, and revamp Niagarafallsontario.com. Having run their Magic business out of their theatre for 20 years, they have great connections in the Niagara regional community(s), and together provide one of the top resources for visitors.
